Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse fresh strawberries gently under cool water. Pat dry and cut off the tops to create an open cup.
  2. Core each strawberry carefully without piercing the bottom.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and fill each strawberry generously.
  6. Cover filled strawberries with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and top each strawberry with a Bunny Graham and colorful sprinkles before serving.
