Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 550°F (290°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now to heat up.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and red pepper flakes. Sauté sliced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender, then season with a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Assemble the pizza by sprinkling 2/3 of the shredded mozzarella on prepared dough, then add sautéed mushrooms and spinach. Top with remaining mozzarella and crumble goat cheese.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 3 minutes on a cutting board, then slice and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve hot.
