- Preheat your oven to 550°F (290°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now to heat up.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and red pepper flakes. Sauté sliced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender, then season with a pinch of sea salt.
- Assemble the pizza by sprinkling 2/3 of the shredded mozzarella on prepared dough, then add sautéed mushrooms and spinach. Top with remaining mozzarella and crumble goat cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 3 minutes on a cutting board, then slice and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve hot.
