Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Clean and oil the grill grates.
  4. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender and smoky. Use tongs for gentle turning.
  5. Remove skewers from the grill and serve hot on a platter. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
