- Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan-forced).
- Remove excess moisture from the tofu using a tofu press or by wrapping it in paper towels.
- Chop the tofu into 1 cm cubes.
- Place the cubed tofu on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Let the baked tofu cool for a few minutes before serving.
