  • 225 g Firm Smoked Tofu Best when using extra firm tofu for that perfect texture.
  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Use more if you have a larger block.
For the Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika Swap in regular paprika for a milder kick.
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos or GF Tamari Soy Sauce Try adding maple syrup for a hint of sweetness.
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper Feel free to adjust according to your taste.
  • Flaked Sea Salt Enhances the overall taste—use cautiously.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan-forced).
  2. Remove excess moisture from the tofu using a tofu press or by wrapping it in paper towels.
  3. Chop the tofu into 1 cm cubes.
  4. Place the cubed tofu on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Let the baked tofu cool for a few minutes before serving.
