- Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip fish and cook for another 3-4 minutes until done. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, and melt. Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in lemon juice and fish broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return fish fillets to the skillet and combine with sauce. Heat through for 1 minute.
- Serve the fish with sauce drizzled on top, garnished with parsley.
